Because digital products can be copied instantly, we offer a 14-day refund window if you have not downloaded or used the PDF.

3 Broken links or access issues

If your download or access link fails, contact hello@mysimpleaihelp.com and we’ll re-issue it promptly.

4 Course or Tool Subscriptions (if added)

For any future subscription products, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
